Vision & Mission of Phed Cricket Jod

The vision and mission of Phed Cricket Jod is to discover and support talented cricket players from across Rajasthan, especially from local and rural areas. Our goal is to provide young players with the right opportunities, professional exposure, and a competitive platform where they can showcase their cricketing skills and achieve success at higher levels.

Phed Cricket Jod is committed to strengthening the cricket culture by organizing exciting tournaments, encouraging sportsmanship, and creating opportunities for emerging talent. Through teamwork, dedication, and passion for the game, we aim to build a strong cricket community and inspire the next generation of players across Rajasthan and beyond.

Teams

SELECTION PROCESS

Phed Cricket Jod is designed to discover and encourage talented cricket players from across Rajasthan. Our selection process is divided into multiple stages to identify skilled players, improve their performance, and provide them with opportunities to compete at higher levels.

PHASE-I (Open Trials)

Open cricket trials will be organized in different districts and regions of Rajasthan. Players will be evaluated on the basis of fitness, batting, bowling, fielding, and overall game performance under the guidance of experienced coaches and selectors.

Every participant will receive recognition for participating and will get the opportunity to showcase their cricketing talent.

PHASE-II (Selection Camp)

Shortlisted players from the trial rounds will be invited to a professional selection camp. During this phase, players will participate in practice sessions, fitness drills, and competitive matches to improve their performance and prepare for the next level.

PHASE-III (League Tournament)

Selected players will be divided into teams to compete in exciting league matches. The tournament will feature competitive games, team coordination, and live cricket action, giving players a professional match experience and greater exposure.

Top-performing teams and players will move forward to knockout rounds, semi-finals, and the grand finale.

PHASE-IV (Advanced Opportunities)

Outstanding players from the tournament will receive special recognition and opportunities for advanced training, higher-level competitions, and future cricket development programs to help them grow in their cricket journey.

LOCATIONS

• PHASE-I & PHASE-II trials and selection camps will be organized across major cities and districts of Rajasthan, including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Ajmer, Bharatpur, Udaipur, and nearby regions to provide opportunities for talented local players.

• PHASE-III league matches and knockout tournaments of Phed Cricket Jod will be conducted in Jaipur, Rajasthan, featuring exciting matches and competitive cricket action.

PRACTICE CAMP

Practice camps and training sessions will be organized for selected players and teams before the main tournament to improve performance, teamwork, and match preparation.
